This diet is very simple but effective. The foods can be found in local supermarket.
Easy and safe. Uses normal food.
NOTE: The 5kg diet plan does contain meat, but you can substitute it with synthetic soya meat, or cottage cheese. It is not a soup diet.

hello, im not overweight but i just want to lose 7 kg. will the diet work for me and be kept off?

It has worked for many people (hundreds) so far so we can only highlight by other people’s successes rather than saying “guaranteed”. We are confident it will help you lose weight however.
As far as keeping it off, well this depends on many factors. This is one of the main reasons I created the Weight Loss Tips & Guide. This enables you to get the right ‘mindset’ and understanding of food because this definitely helps you will longer term maintenance.
You can always come back to the diet whenever you wish, but we also offer the Weight Loss recipe which will also help you keep an ongoing balanced weight loss food.

I bought this three day diet plan and I followed it exactly and I lost 2.5kgs just by doing this alone. Imagine how much I could’ve lost had i exercised too at the same time . I have found that keeping weight off just takes a bit of work and enthusiasm. I get my kids involved in some dancing or some kickboxing(they love trying to copy). They think its funny and it gives me a great workout.

Hi there, i was thinking about purchasing this! it sounds great, but i was wondering what type of foods are in the diet because im a very picky eater and i have a feeling that it may include tuna or something like that? does it? if so can that type of stuff be substituted for anything else? please get back to me asap and i will purchase!

Hi Saz, You can substitute some of the items in the diet for instance yes there is Tuna people have substituted it for another type of fish or chicken brest. Hi there i have had this diet for a wee while but am afraid to use it, the reason why is that i do a very physical job, i am a truck driver and work 12hrs a day, i am afraid that eating so little food might make me a little giddy, what do you suggest as id really like to try, as it seems to work for a lot of people, thanks amanda

Hi, I agree may not be a good idea to do it while you are working. Do you get days off? maybe you could do it on your days off? In your case I would reccomend the Recipe for lunch and listen to the hypnosis/positive affirmations Cd as well.
